How the calculation works
Total = bid + fees + transport + insurance + taxes and registration + repairs + other costs + reserve. Reserve = repair estimate × percentage / 100. Provisional bid ceiling = budget − all non-bid costs.
A worked example
A 5,000 USD bid plus 900 in fees, 1,200 transport, 100 insurance, 700 taxes, 2,000 repairs and 300 other costs gives 10,200 USD before reserve. A 15% repair reserve adds 300, for a total of 10,500 USD. A 12,000 budget leaves a provisional bid ceiling of 6,500 if other costs stay unchanged. These are example inputs, not a tariff.
